Age and Consent Requirements
To use our website and services, users must be of legal age to enter into contracts or have guardian consent. By accessing our site, you confirm your authority to agree to these terms.
Purchase Terms
By purchasing our services, you agree to read all item details and enter a legally binding contract upon checkout. Refunds are unavailable for accessed personalized links or resources, and customers must agree to these terms at purchase.
Pricing and Payment Structure
Prices may change at any time without notice. Payment is due on a monthly basis or at the time of a one-time purchase or weekly plan.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellation of a monthly plan are not refundable once a tutor has made contact and a confirmation email link has been sent out . Lessons can be rescheduled with 72 hours' notice if the tutor is available for the requested rescheduled date. Rescheduled dates must com[pleted with in 7 days of agreed changed. Failure to give adequate notice may result in charges, as outlined in our “Cancellation Fees” policy.
Rescheduled if a lesson has been rescheduled and cancelled or request for a 2nd reschedule this will be a full chargeable lesson to pay for the tutors time. Failure to give adequate notice may result in charges, as outlined in our “Cancellation Fees” policy.
Tutor Fairness Policy
Tutors dedicate time to lesson preparation, so cancellations are none refundable as the lessons are digital and accessible prior to the lesson making them a completed purchase of a digital product. This will result in the full lesson charge. Missed lessons are non-refundable and final.
Lesson Flexibility and Scheduling
Rescheduled lessons should be taken within one month of the original lesson date. Changes to scheduled times or cancellations must be updated in your profile and confirmed via email with your tutor.
Technology and Lesson Format
Lessons are conducted via platforms like Zoom or Google Meet. You must ensure access to a stable internet connection, a compatible device, and any required applications.
Intellectual Property
All content on our site, including lesson materials, remains the property of Cheeky Chimp Tutors. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited without our explicit consent.
Confidentiality
All student information, including personal data and academic records, will be kept confidential. This information may only be shared for educational purposes or as legally required, in accordance with GDPR.
Parental Involvement
Parents/guardians are encouraged to participate in their child’s learning by monitoring progress and providing support as needed. Setting academic goals and open communication with the tutor are welcomed.

Tutors will provide regular feedback on student performance. Periodic progress reports may be available to help parents/guardians track improvement.
Dispute Resolution
In case of disagreements, we encourage open communication to resolve issues amicably. Mediation or arbitration may be pursued if necessary.
Account Termination
Accounts may be terminated without notice if terms are violated or applicable laws are breached.

These terms are governed by UK law, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in England and Wales.
Liability Waiver
Cheeky Chimp Tutors is not liable for technical disruptions due to internet issues, platform malfunctions, or other technical failures beyond our control.
